Vinati Gupta de Souza – Director
I set up Vinati’s Paper in 1998 in New Delhi, while completing a Bachelors degree. The impetus then was a desire to combine my passion for creative gift packaging and a keen interest in recycled paper into a business venture. In 2000, I added wedding stationery to my product range. Since 2003 I have been based in London and now I design and print bespoke wedding stationery for clients in and around the London area.

My vision is to make Vinati’s Paper recognised as a leading socially conscious enterprise, promoting recycled and handmade paper based bespoke wedding stationery, at affordable prices. Production for Vinati's Paper is still carried on in India. I continue to work with the dedicated team of printers, artists and manufacturers that I started with nearly a decade ago.

	J.S Ratan – Production Manager Ratan set up one of Delhi’s first silk screen printing units in 1982. He continues to promote the art of silk screen printing, rare in a world where laser printing has become the norm.			Kiran Gupta – Manager, India Operations Kiran has worked in the export industry for 33 years. She now provides her invaluable experience to ensure that the sampling and finishing of all wedding stationery is to the highest standards.
	Vimal Kumar – Graphic Designer Vimal has been a Graphic Designer since 1995. A self-taught designer, he has learnt to use PageMaker, Corel Draw and Photoshop without prior professional training.			Vinod Ram – Senior Silk Screen Printer Vinod started silk screen printing when he was 18 years old. He learnt the skills of his trade working with Ratan, and has worked with us for the past 7 years.
	Rajesh Kumar – Assistant Silk Screen Printer Rajesh first joined the firm as a delivery boy and helper. He has worked with us for 4 years and has learnt the art of silk screen printing from Ratan too.			Sherville de Souza – Director Sherville assists with business development and financial planning. He has over 10 years of corporate and non-profit management experience and has completed an MBA from London Business School.
